Senator Meyer, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                 
adoption of the Rules Senate Committee Substitute offered on                                                                    
page 3134. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection.                                                               
There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                                                      
NO. 280(RLS) "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of                                                             
Marital and Family Therapy; relating to the State Medical Board;                                                                
relating to the licensing of physicians, osteopaths, and podiatrists;                                                           
relating to the practice of medicine; relating to the practice of podiatry;                                                     
relating to the practice of osteopathy; and providing for an effective

Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                  
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
